1. Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

• Customer must provide proof of purchase (order ID).

2. How to Initiate a Return:

• Email us at support@luxeova.store with your order ID and reason for return.

• Our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

• If the item was damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the shipping cost.

• If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

5. Non-returnable Items:

• Gift cards, digital downloads, and opened personal-use items are non-returnable.
